  1. Develop and implement communication strategies for BBC's various channels, ensuring they align with the overall company strategy and brand messaging.
  2. Create compelling and consistent messaging for all channels, ensuring it resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
  3. Lead and manage a team of communication professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the team's success in delivering high-quality communication materials.
  4. Monitor and analyze industry trends, competition, and audience feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in communication.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, marketing, and public relations, to ensure alignment and integration of communication efforts.
  6. Oversee the development and execution of communication campaigns and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet key performance indicators.
  7. Serve as the main point of contact for external partners, stakeholders, and media outlets, representing the BBC and maintaining positive relationships.
  8. Develop and maintain crisis communication plans for the channels, ensuring swift and effective response to any potential issues or emergencies.
  9. Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, continuously seeking ways to enhance the BBC's communication strategies and techniques.
