We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused leader who is committed to providing our customers with the best shopping experience possible.The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills. They should also be able to take initiative and work with minimal supervision. We are looking for someone who is passionate about books and the Barnes & Noble brand, and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, ordering and managing inventory, and ensuring that the store runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of retail experience, preferably in a managerial role, and a bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field. They should also have knowledge of merchandising, marketing, and customer service principles.
