We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the team at Barnes & Noble. You will take on a crucial role in leading our store operations, building relationships with customers and overseeing our staff. We are seeking an individual who is goal-oriented, results-driven, and possesses exceptional customer service and communication skills.To be successful in this position, you must have a minimum of two years of supervisory experience within the retail industry, preferably in a bookstore. Responsibilities:
- Supervise Store operations and staff to ensure the highest level of customer service and sales.

- Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
- Manage staff schedules, recruitment process, and performance review process.
- Build relationships with customers by providing knowledgeable advice, helping solve problems, promoting events, and offering personalized services.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and recommend changes.
- Monitor financial performance of store and ensure that goals are met.
- Maintain records and reports related to store operations, including sales, payroll, and inventory.
- Develop and implement new initiatives to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
