Store Manager

7. Analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and recommend changes.
8. Monitor financial performance of store and ensure that goals are met.
9. Maintain records and reports related to store operations, including sales, payroll, and inventory.
10. Develop and implement new initiatives to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
