Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve coffee- and tea-based beverages to customers according to established recipes.
2. Ensure efficient and timely fulfillment of all orders.
3. Maintain a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for all customers.
4. Clean and maintain espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other food and beverage equipment.
5. Restock and replenish condiments and other items as needed.
6. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
7. Respond to customer concerns and inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
8. Adhere to store policies and procedures.
9. Ensure that the restaurant area is clean and organized at all times.
10. Assist in other restaurant duties, as needed.
