Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Maintain a friendly and inviting atmosphere in the cafe.
3. Engage customers in conversation while providing exceptional customer service.
4. Ensure all coffee drinks are made according to Barnes & Noble standards.
5. Clean and maintain all cafe equipment.
6. Stock cafe supplies as needed.
7. Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, and other cafe items.
8. Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
9. Assist in the training of new barista team members.
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
