Restaurant Barista

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Restaurant Barista to join the Barnes & Noble team! As a Restaurant Barista, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing specialty beverages and food items for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 1 year of barista experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. In addition, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task, and the drive to go above and beyond to ensure our guests have an outstanding experience. 6. Ensure the restaurant barista area is kept clean and organized.
7. Upsell additional products and services to guests.
8. Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.
9. Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
10. Assist with other duties as requested.
