Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve espresso drinks, teas, and other specialty drinks according to customer specifications • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines • Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers and coworkers • Ensure all coffee beans, beverages, and equipment are stocked and properly maintained • Clean and maintain all equipment, counters, and tables • Perform regular quality checks on brewed coffees • Accept and process payments from customers • Answer customer questions regarding menu items and coffee preparation techniques • Adhere to all company policies and procedures • Ensure the restaurant bar is kept clean and organized at all times
