Job Description

At Barnes & Noble, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Desktop Technician to join our team. Our Desktop Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to our staff and customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have a passion for customer service.Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, as well as experience in computer hardware and software troubleshooting. The successful candidate should also have experience in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and experience with networked systems.We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and enjoys helping people solve their technical problems. Our Desktop Technician should be a patient problem-solver and be able to think on their feet to come up with innovative solutions.
