Job Description

We are looking for a Desktop Technician to join the Barnes & Noble team! This individual will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of desktops and laptops for our stores. The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-starter who is organized and able to work quickly and efficiently with minimal supervision.The successful candidate will have excellent troubleshooting skills and a strong technical background. They will also have excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset.
