Job Description

Barnes & Noble is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Desktop Technician to join our team. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills to provide first- and second-level technical support for our customers. The ideal candidate will be patient, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.To qualify for this position, you must have at least 2 years of experience in desktop support, strong knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, and network principles, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred. If you have the skills and knowledge we’re looking for, we’d love to hear from you!
