Desktop Technician

We’re looking for a Desktop Technician to join our team at Barnes & Noble. As a Desktop Technician, you’ll provide technical support to our customers and ensure the smooth running of our desktop systems. You’ll be the face of our organization and the first point of contact for our customers.We’re looking for a customer-focused professional who has outstanding troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for technology. You should be a quick learner and have the ability to think on your feet.
