Cafe Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Cafe Manager to join our Barnes & Noble team and help us elevate the customer experience in our Cafe. Our ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, a drive to exceed customer expectations, and an enthusiasm for food and beverage. 7. Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
8. Resolve customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
9. Create and implement marketing strategies to promote cafe services.
10. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
