Cafe Manager

We are seeking an experienced Café Manager to join our team at Barnes & Noble! This position is a key role in our cafe operations, and we are looking for a passionate, motivated individual who is eager to make an impact in the overall customer experience.We are looking for someone with excellent customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years of restaurant or hospitality management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the smooth operation of the café, including managing staff, overseeing customer service, and monitoring inventory.
2. Maintain accurate records of all café operations, including sales, costs, and labor.
3. Train, motivate, and manage café staff to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
4. Develop marketing strategies to increase café sales.
5. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
6. Ensure all café equipment is in working order and properly maintained.
7. Monitor and order supplies to ensure proper stock levels.
8. Work closely with the corporate office to ensure all goals and objectives are met.
9. Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
10. Act as an enthusiastic ambassador for Barnes & Noble, promoting the brand and its products.
