This position requires an individual with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, the ability to set and achieve goals, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. An outgoing personality and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and staff members are also essential. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily cafe operations and ensure quality customer service.
  2. Develop strategies to increase cafe sales and profitability.
  3. Maintain a warm and inviting atmosphere for customers.
  4. Ensure proper staffing levels and training of cafe personnel.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and food items.
  6. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  7. Monitor food safety and sanitation standards.
  8. Prepare and analyze operational and financial reports.
  9. Develop and implement new policies and procedures.
  10. Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
