As a Bookseller, you'll be an integral part of creating a warm and friendly shopping experience in our store. Working on the sales floor, you will engage with customers to ensure they are able to locate the products they are looking for and you will provide advice and guidance on the wide array of books we offer.To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for books, an outgoing personality, and excellent communication skills. Experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but not required. Most importantly, we are looking for an individual who is excited to join our team and help us create a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and assist them with locating products in the store.
2. Provide advice and guidance to customers on the wide variety of books available in the store.
3. Assist customers with their purchases.
4. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
5. Stock shelves and display areas with new merchandise.
6. Handle cash register transactions and process returns and exchanges.
7. Promote store events and special promotions.
8. Answer customer inquiries in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
9. Ensure all customer service standards are met.
10. Follow safety and security protocols.
