Being comfortable with technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems is a must. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner and provide superior customer service.
2. Assist customers in selecting books, authors, and genres based on individual needs.
3. Answer customer inquiries and provide information on new releases, special offers, and store events.
4. Ensure that customers are aware of and adhere to store policies and procedures.
5. Quickly learn and become proficient with store technology, such as point of sale systems and inventory management software.
6. Maintain a neat and organized work environment.
7. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
8. Assist with restocking shelves and inventorying books.
9. Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively in a team environment.
10. Participate in store activities and events to promote books, authors, and reading.
