- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities to improve the Workday system.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for Workday implementation and ongoing maintenance.
- Conduct system configuration and testing to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of Workday solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Workday, working closely with IT and other teams as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on Workday updates and enhancements, and provide recommendations for their implementation.
- Create and maintain documentation for Workday processes, procedures, and system changes.
- Train and support end-users on Workday functionality, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of Workday with other systems and processes.
- Proactively identify and address any potential risks or issues that may impact the success of the Workday implementation.

Extensive Workday Experience - The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Hands-On Experience Working With Workday, Including Implementation And Maintenance Of Various Modules.
Strong Technical Skills - As A Workday Solutions Architect, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Technical Skills In Areas Such As Integrations, Custom Report Writing, And Security Configuration.
Project Management Experience - This Role Requires The Candidate To Lead And Manage End-To-End Workday Implementation Projects, Making Project Management Skills A Must-Have Qualification.
