Barclays is seeking an ambitious and hardworking individual to join our Whole Loan Trading team as an Associate. The successful candidate will be expected to take on a wide variety of tasks to assist in the growth of the organization, including trading activities and strategic decision-making.The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is highly motivated and knowledgeable in whole loan trading. The candidate should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for the financial services industry.To be successful in this role, the candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field and at least two years of experience in whole loan trading.
