1. Develop and implement legal strategies and policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the lending and leveraged finance industry.
2. Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management and other key stakeholders on a wide range of lending and investment banking activities.
3. Conduct thorough legal analysis and risk assessments to identify potential legal issues and proactively address them before they escalate.
4. Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations related to lending and leveraged finance, and communicate any potential impacts to relevant teams and departments.
5. Review and negotiate complex legal agreements, contracts, and other legal documents related to lending and investment banking activities.
