VP Group Finance Project Manager

Barclays is seeking an experienced and motivated VP Group Finance Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Group Finance, you will be responsible for the successful management and completion of a range of projects, including implementing new policies, processes and systems, and leading change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have the ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations, and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable taking initiative and working autonomously, as well as in a team setting. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years’ experience as a finance project manager, ideally in a banking environment, and a strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
