- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in voice technology, and recommend new solutions or enhancements to improve system efficiency.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure effective delivery of voice services to the organization.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of voice operations.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Voice Operations And Support In A Corporate Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Voice Communication Protocols Such As Sip, H.323, And Rtp.
Familiarity With Network Infrastructure And Troubleshooting Tools.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
