Are you an experienced, tech-savvy and customer-focused individual looking to take on a new and rewarding challenge? Barclays is currently seeking a VIP & Enhanced Support Analyst to join our team.As a VIP & Enhanced Support Analyst, you will provide a high level of technical and customer service support to our VIP & Enhanced customers. You will be the point of contact for any customer inquiries, offering advice and guidance, helping them to troubleshoot any problems and making sure that their requests are handled in a timely manner.You must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as a passion for providing exceptional customer service. A degree in a related field is also preferred.If you have the qualifications and experience we are looking for and are passionate about providing the highest level of customer service, we would love to hear from you!
