  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive control framework for the real estate portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
  2. Provide strategic direction and leadership to the real estate control team, setting goals and priorities to achieve business objectives.
  3. Oversee risk management processes and identify potential risks within the real estate portfolio, taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to real estate control and incorporate them into the control framework.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
  6. Manage and mentor a team of real estate professionals, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.
  7. Conduct regular training and development initiatives for the team to enhance their skills and expertise.
  8. Monitor and analyze real estate market trends and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  9. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, auditors, and other relevant parties.
  10. Prepare and present reports and updates on the real estate control framework and portfolio to senior management.
  11. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in real estate control processes and procedures.
  12. Foster a culture of compliance, integrity, and ethical behavior within the team.
  13. Ensure all real estate transactions are in line with company policies and procedures.
  14. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to resolve any issues related to regulatory compliance.
  15. Represent the company in external events and conferences to promote the real estate control function.
  16. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and communications.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.
