  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and teams within Barclays to ensure alignment and efficiency in achieving business goals.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to inform decision-making and drive innovation.
  7. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire and retain clients in the competitive financial market.
  8. Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  9. Support and advise on complex financial transactions and deals, leveraging expertise and experience.
  10. Represent Barclays in industry events and conferences to promote the brand and expand the business network.
  11. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their skills and performance.
  12. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Handle any other responsibilities and tasks assigned by senior management.
