- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and success of the derivatives business.

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

- Represent Barclays at industry events and conferences to promote the company's brand and services.
- Continuously assess and improve sales processes and strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic insights and recommendations for business growth.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry developments and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and inform business decisions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or Related Field
5+ Years Of Experience In Flow Derivative Sales, Preferably At A Top Financial Institution
Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Strong Client Relationships
Extensive Knowledge Of Financial Markets, Products, And Industry Trends
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team Towards Achieving Sales Targets And Objectives.
