- Manage and oversee the payroll operations for Barclays employees in the United States.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and deductions.
- Develop and maintain payroll policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Lead a team of payroll specialists and provide guidance and support to ensure their professional development and performance.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless integration and accuracy of employee data in the payroll system.

Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Payroll Management, Preferably In A Multinational Organization.
Knowledge Of Us Payroll Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Attention To Detail.
