- Process payroll for all US employees on a timely and accurate basis.
- Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations.
- Handle all aspects of employee payroll, including salary changes, bonuses, benefits, and tax withholdings.
- Stay up-to-date on US payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth integration of payroll processes.
- Resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to relevant departments.
- Assist with year-end payroll tasks, such as W-2s and tax filings.
- Develop and maintain payroll procedures and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding any payroll-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
- Participate in payroll audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Train and support payroll staff to ensure consistent and accurate processing.
- Continuously evaluate and improve payroll processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive payroll information.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Payroll Processing And Management, Preferably Within A Large Organization Or Financial Institution.
Extensive Knowledge Of Federal And State Payroll Regulations, Including But Not Limited To Tax Laws, Wage And Hour Laws, And Reporting Requirements.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Payroll Issues.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Employees, Managers, And External Stakeholders.
Proficiency In Payroll Software And Systems, Such As Adp, Workday, Or Sap, With The Ability To Quickly Learn And Adapt To New Systems And Processes.
