Transformation AVP

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a transformation role within the financial services sector, as well as a bachelor’s degree in a related field. The successful candidate should also be an excellent communicator, with strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to think analytically and strategically. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, be highly organized, and have a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
