- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to proactively advise clients on new products and services that may benefit their business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of transaction banking solutions to clients.
- Conduct regular reviews and analysis of client portfolios to identify potential areas for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's transaction banking services.
- Act as a subject matter expert for transaction banking products and services, providing guidance and support to internal teams and clients.
- Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Transaction Banking Or Corporate Banking.
Strong Knowledge Of Banking Products And Services, Including Cash Management, Trade Finance, And Foreign Exchange.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Ability To Analyze Market Trends And Identify Opportunities For Business Growth And Development.
