- Develop and deliver training programs on financial crime prevention and detection strategies to employees and clients.
- Create engaging and informative communication materials to educate employees and clients on financial crime risks and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and regulations related to financial crime and incorporate them into training and communication materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of messaging and materials.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of training programs and materials to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide subject matter expertise and support to other teams within the organization as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and external stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote a culture of integrity and ethical behavior.
- Monitor and analyze data and trends related to financial crime to identify potential risks and inform training and communication strategies.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance training and communication methods to increase effectiveness and engagement.
- Act as a role model for ethical behavior and promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
- Travel to different locations as needed to deliver training and presentations.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to help develop their skills and knowledge in financial crime prevention.
- Participate in industry conferences and events to stay informed about best practices and network with other professionals in the field.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to information security and confidentiality.
Knowledge Of Financial Crime Regulations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Financial Crime Regulations, Including Anti-Money Laundering (Aml) Laws, Sanctions Regulations, And Fraud Prevention Measures. This Knowledge Will Be Essential In Developing Training Materials And Communicating With Stakeholders About Financial Crime Policies And Procedures.
Experience In Training And Communications: Candidates Should Have Experience In Developing And Delivering Training Programs And Creating Effective Communication Strategies. This Role Will Involve Designing And Delivering Financial Crime Training For Employees At All Levels, As Well As Creating Engaging Communications To Promote Awareness And Understanding Of Financial Crime Risks And Controls.
Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: Successful Candidates Must Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify Potential Financial Crime Risks And Develop Appropriate Training And Communication Solutions. They Should Be Able To Analyze Complex Data And Information To Identify Trends And Patterns And Make Recommendations For Mitigating Financial Crime Risks.
