  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the TMT industries.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
  3. Actively participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase Barclays' TMT expertise and services.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients' financial needs.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  6. Manage and monitor client portfolios to ensure financial goals and targets are met.
  7. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  8. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks within client portfolios.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within Barclays and the TMT industries.
  10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed business growth targets and objectives.
  11. Stay informed on regulatory and compliance requirements and ensure adherence.
  12. Provide mentorship and support to junior team members.
  13. Represent Barclays' TMT expertise and brand at industry events and conferences.
  14. Collaborate with other teams within Barclays to leverage cross-selling opportunities.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency within the team.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Banking, With A Focus On Tmt Clients

  • Strong Understanding Of International Markets And Regulations, Particularly In The Americas Region

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing And Growing Client Relationships, With A Focus On Tmt Companies

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients And Internal Stakeholders At All Levels.
