  7. Participate in risk assessments and support the implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
  8. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  9. Support the development and maintenance of policies and procedures related to strategy and governance.
  10. Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and buy-in for strategic decisions.
  11. Stay updated on best practices and new developments in corporate governance and strategy to continuously improve processes and approaches.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on corporate governance and strategy, providing guidance and support to other team members as needed.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
  14. Uphold the company's values and ethical standards in all decision-making processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Strategy Development And/Or Governance In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices Related To Governance And Risk Management.
