- Develop and implement a strategic plan for the Esoteric Origination business, in line with the overall goals and objectives of Barclays.
- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of deals and achievement of targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their unique financing needs and developing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, utilizing market knowledge and industry trends to drive growth and expand the Esoteric Origination portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as risk management and legal teams, to ensure compliance with regulations and mitigate potential risks.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities, keeping abreast of industry developments and trends.
- Oversee the origination process from start to finish, including due diligence, negotiation, and finalization of deals.

Extensive Experience In Esoteric Asset Origination: The Ideal Candidate For The Spo Esoteric Origination Vice President Role At Barclays Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Originating And Structuring Complex Esoteric Assets Such As Structured Finance, Securitization, And Project Finance Deals.
Strong Understanding Of Market Trends And Dynamics: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Current Market Dynamics And Trends In The Esoteric Asset Space, Including Regulatory Changes, Investor Demand, And Emerging Opportunities.
Proven Track Record Of Deal Execution: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Successfully Executing Esoteric Asset Deals, Including Managing The End-To-End Process From Origination To Closing. This Should Include Experience In Deal Structuring, Due Diligence, Credit Analysis, And Negotiation.
Excellent Networking And Relationship Management Skills: As A Vice President, The Candidate Will Be Expected To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders Such As Clients, Investors, And Industry Experts.
