  3. Collaborate with various teams within the organization to gather and analyze data, and present findings and recommendations.

  9. Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Barclays' products and services to effectively support clients with their financial needs.
  10. Proactively seek out and identify new business opportunities and assist in developing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  11. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and procedures related to special situations analysis.
  12. Keep abreast of competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  14. Continuously develop and enhance skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Investment Banking, Private Equity, Or Corporate Finance.

  • Knowledge Of Distressed Debt, Restructuring, And Special Situations Transactions.
