Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Strong Understanding Of Sox Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Prior Experience In Investment Banking Or Related Field With A Focus On Sox Compliance.
