Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Service Level Management, Preferably In A Financial Services Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Service Level Agreements (Slas) And Experience In Managing Sla Performance.
Proven Track Record In Driving Process Improvements And Implementing Service Level Management Best Practices.
