- Develop and execute a product strategy for data products, in alignment with the overall business objectives and innovation goals of Barclays.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to identify and prioritize key data product opportunities.
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and ongoing enhancements.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
- Define and track key performance indicators for data products, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve product performance and user experience.
- Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability for all data products.

Extensive Experience In Data Product Management: The Senior Data Product Manager At Barclays Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Managing Data Products, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Technical Background: A Deep Understanding Of Data Analytics, Databases, And Data Architecture Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Also Have Experience With Data Visualization Tools And Programming Languages Such As Sql, Python, Or R.
