  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Barclays' client onboarding processes, systems, and procedures.
  2. Collaborate with various teams, including technology, operations, and compliance, to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the client onboarding experience.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  4. Monitor and track key onboarding metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Act as a subject matter expert for client onboarding, providing support and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and collaboration on client onboarding initiatives.
  7. Conduct training and provide ongoing support to colleagues on new processes and systems related to client onboarding.
  8. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends related to client onboarding and incorporate them into Barclays' processes and procedures.
  9. Communicate effectively with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns or issues related to the onboarding process.
  10. Act as a point of escalation for complex onboarding issues and provide timely resolution.
  11. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to client onboarding.
  12. Lead or participate in special projects and initiatives related to client onboarding as needed.
  13. Continuously review and improve Barclays' onboarding processes to ensure they are efficient, effective, and in line with the company's goals and objectives.
  14. Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in client onboarding.
  15. Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and system changes related to client onboarding.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Client Onboarding: A Senior Client Onboarding Business Analyst At Barclays Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Client Onboarding Processes, With A Strong Understanding Of The Banking Industry And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: The Role Requires An Individual Who Can Analyze Complex Business Processes, Identify Gaps, And Provide Solutions To Improve Efficiency And Effectiveness Of Client Onboarding.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Team, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including Clients, Business Teams, And Technology Teams.

  • Project Management Experience: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Managing Projects Related To Client Onboarding, Including Scoping, Planning, Execution, And Delivery Within Strict Timelines And Budgets.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance: The Senior Client Onboarding Business Analyst Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Industry Regulations, Such As Kyc, Aml, And Cdd, And Be Able To Ensure Compliance With These Regulations Throughout The Client Onboarding Process.
