- Monitor and maintain the performance and stability of SAS applications for clients and colleagues globally.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAS applications in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for recurring issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to provide updates and resolutions to their inquiries and concerns.
- Manage and prioritize support tickets to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
- Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and best practices.
- Proactively identify potential issues and provide recommendations for improvements to prevent future incidents.
- Stay updated with the latest SAS technologies and trends to continuously improve support services.
- Collaborate with the development team to test and implement new features and updates for SAS applications.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical issues.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Application Support, Preferably In A Financial Institution.
Proficiency In Sas Programming Language And Experience With Sas Products, Such As Base Sas, Sas/Stat, And Sas/Graph.
Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Issues In A Timely Manner.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
