Risk & Control Analyst

At Barclays, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Risk & Control Analyst to join our Risk & Control team. You will be part of a team of professionals responsible for identifying, assessing, and controlling potential risks that may affect the company.We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in risk management and control processes. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field, as well as at least two years of experience in risk management and control. A strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices is also preferred.In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and monitoring potential risks across the company. You will work closely with the Risk & Control team to ensure that risks are identified and managed effectively and efficiently.
