- Participate in various projects and initiatives related to employee rewards, such as salary surveys, benefits reviews, and performance management.
- Continuously assess and improve the reward processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Act as a subject matter expert on employee rewards and provide training and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Compensation And Benefits Analysis, Preferably In The Financial Industry.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Strong Understanding Of Financial And Compensation Metrics.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations Related To Compensation And Benefits, Such As Fair Labor Standards Act And Equal Pay Act.
