Certified Scrum Master (Csm) Or Safe Release Train Engineer (Rte) Certification, Demonstrating A Deep Knowledge Of Safe Principles And Ability To Facilitate Large-Scale Agile Transformations.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Multiple Release Trains, With The Ability To Coordinate And Align Multiple Teams, Stakeholders, And Dependencies.
