Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School
Admitted To Practice Law In The Relevant Jurisdiction (E.g. New York State Bar)
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Regulatory Compliance, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry
Strong Understanding Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Such As The Securities Act Of 1933 And The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform And Consumer Protection Act
Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Legal And Regulatory Issues And Provide Clear And Concise Advice To Stakeholders.
