Job Description

At Barclays, we are looking for an experienced Records Manager to join our team and help us manage our records in an efficient and compliant manner. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management, Library Science, or a related field, as well as a minimum of two years of experience in a Records Management role. We are looking for a professional who has an excellent understanding of records management principles and practices, and who can bring a passion for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our records. The ideal candidate will be organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The successful candidate will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and will be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.
