- Establish and maintain strong relationships with US Corporate Banking, UK Corporate Banking, and Private Banking & Wealth Management clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and provide tailored procurement solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for assigned clients, including sourcing, negotiations, and contract management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of procurement services.
- Proactively identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements for clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement and client management.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Barclays' products and services to effectively promote them to clients.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to clients and internal teams.
- Serve as a mentor to junior team members and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
