Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Collections Within The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Debt Collection Regulations And Practices.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting.
