- Stay up-to-date on market trends and developments in the Central Eastern Europe region to better serve clients.
- Promote and sell various investment and wealth management solutions to clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as investment advisors and portfolio managers to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
- Continuously monitor and review client portfolios to ensure alignment with their goals and objectives.
- Represent Barclays and maintain a positive brand image in the Central Eastern Europe market.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Private Banking Or Wealth Management, With A Focus On Central Eastern Europe Markets.
Proven Track Record Of Building And Managing A Portfolio Of High Net Worth Clients In The Region.
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Central Eastern Europe Market, Including Regulatory Frameworks, Cultural Nuances, And Local Business Practices.
Strong Communication And Relationship Management Skills, With The Ability To Provide Tailored Financial Solutions To Clients And Collaborate With Internal Teams.
