At Barclays, we are looking for an experienced Principal Onboarding Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Onboarding, this role is responsible for leading the successful onboarding of new clients and new products within our banking and financial services division. To be successful in this role, you must have experience in banking and financial services, preferably with a focus on onboarding. You must be organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to identify risks and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
