Job Description

At Barclays, we're looking for an experienced Prime Finance Business Control Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for finance and a drive for professional excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the business control processes within Barclays Prime Finance. This role requires an individual who can provide strong leadership and demonstrate a good understanding of the financial services industry, regulatory environment and risk management practices. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in a business control environment and a proven track record in leading teams. They should possess excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills and be comfortable working in a highly regulated environment. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or a related field is required for this role.
