  1. Develop and implement strategies to support the professional growth and development of employees.
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, providing guidance and support on career development, performance management, and employee relations.
  3. Collaborate with HR colleagues and business leaders to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  4. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to employees to help them reach their full potential.
  5. Facilitate training and development programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and competencies to succeed in their roles.
  6. Serve as a point of contact for employees to address any concerns or issues and ensure timely and effective resolution.
  7. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in employee development and engagement to continuously improve our programs and initiatives.
  8. Partner with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent and support onboarding and integration of new employees.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives and foster an inclusive and equitable workplace.
  10. Collect and analyze data on employee engagement, retention, and development to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  11. Communicate and promote the company's values, culture, and policies to employees to ensure alignment and understanding.
  12. Act as a change agent to drive positive cultural and organizational changes within the company.
  13. Keep confidential records of employee information and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  14. Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with all stakeholders, including employees, managers, and HR colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably Within The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Proven Experience In Providing Strategic Hr Guidance And Support To Senior Leaders And Stakeholders.
